The imperative of culture in the professional activity of a competitive pedagogue of a modern educational institution
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of one of the resources of improving the professional activity of a teacher – the direction of the process of increasing his ability to provide educational services. It has been proved that by forming the personality of a competitive teacher as a «person of culture», it is important at the stage of his university education to direct pedagogical efforts towards enriching his general culture and spirituality – an immense source of full-fledged ability to carry out professional activity in accordance with the parameters of the culture of provision educational services and communicative competence.
