Noospheric education of personality: challenges of time, some approaches to quality assurance in higher education

Abstract

The article presents the results of analytical work aimed at clarifying the scientific status
of the concepts «noosphere education», «noosphere personality», «noosphere pedagogy». The
context of the analysis was a special period of personal and professional development of a
person during his life – the main stage of formation of professional identity in higher education.
The development of the culture of quality of noosphere education of the future specialist is
largely due to the involvement of resources of the educational process. It is, in particular, about
providing students with new educational services – the ability to professional self-realization in
an alternative educational institution.
Self-reflection of the experience of preparing masters of preschool education in the
educational program «Alternative Preschool Education» at Izmail State University of
Humanities shows the prospects of such an approach in terms of providing students with quality
noosphere education and building an integrated educational brand platform in higher education.
