New ukrainian school – axiological dimensions of professional training of physical culture specialists

Abstract

The article is devoted to defining the main priorities and ways to build a new community of our state. It is a component of world society. The transformation of the educational process and the transformation of its components is carried out under conditions of movement in the axiological direction. The only strong argument for a successful transformation, according to many figures, educators, scholars of the past and contemporaries, is the desire to train an education specialist. It must provide the most effective axiological trajectory of the individual. Constant interaction and cooperation, comfortable and protected existence in society, multicultural and tolerant perception of each other, confession of world values – priorities for the teacher of the new society. Preparation of a new member of society in the process of education and upbringing, the creation of a single trajectory from the family, preschool education and to the point of entering a person’s independent life – his main task. The teaching profession is so unique that only it can be called purely human. The need for a systematic transfer of knowledge and skills, experience, values from generation to generation has created a special social personality - the teacher. From ancient times to the present day, the teacher is the bearer of all the most valuable things in society. Obviously, the study of the problems of modern teacher training is crucial. The optimal development of personality creates the future not only of the individual but also of humanity. Philosophical and educational approaches in the axiological dimension during the training of future specialists – teachers will preserve the health not only of society but also of the individual. Physical education teachers implement an axiological approach to the formation of physical health and motor skills of students; motivation for an active and healthy lifestyle; in the physical preparation of students for future professional activities. The third millennium requires modeling of the value system of education taking into account the requirements of the development of the teacher’s axiosphere as the spiritual center of society.
