Abstract

The existing systems of physical education and the practice of socio-cultural activities set goals to improve the health and physical development of the individual. However, in these conditions, recreational and recreational work remains one of the least studied areas, and, as a result, the effectiveness of this activity is low, and the greatest concern is caused by the growth and physical health of young people. There is a need to enhance the cultural – leisure activities due to the inclusion in it, along with traditional and non-traditional means of physical culture. This is also due to modern trends in youth fashion, the desire to comprehend the values of world culture, the attractiveness of a set of motivational factors that are used in non-traditional means of physical culture. The search for new ways to attract the masses of the population of all age categories to recreational and recreational leisure activities, the formation of their sustainable need for physical activity involves the use of traditional non-traditional types of physical culture (they are also called wellness). The integration and adaptation resources of physical culture are more fully realized in the socio-cultural activities if classes are built on the basis of the synt hesis of its various means. Such an organization involves a whole range of non-traditional means in recreational and recreational work, designed to promote active, creative recreation, social integration, strengthen
the orientation of the individual to moral values, self-determination, development and implementation of their abilities.
