The content of linguoculturema in J. Prévert‘s poetry

Abstract

The article gives characteristic of linguoculturema in the context of the work of the French poet of the 20-th century. We can notice that the theory of l inguoculturema is well studied by both domestic and foreign researchers: V.G. Kostomarov, Y.M. Vereshchagin, F.S. Batsewich, K. Fossler, E. Sepir
and others. For the first time this term was proposed by V.V. Vorobyov in 1987 and supported by modern scientific thought. According to his theory, linguoculturema is a combination of the form of the linguistic sign, its meaning and cultural content. Linguoculturema transfers national forms
of existence of society, reproduced in the system of linguistic communicat ion, based on cultural values of specifically historical society.
The author of the article gives several classifications of national forms that formed the basis of his study of the peculiarities of functioning of the designated definition in J. Prévert’s poetry, namely in the poems «Barbara» and «Lazy». Basing on the linguocultural content of the text, the author proves that some words take on the character of linguocultural units, combining historical, cultural, social factors that distinguish the feature of the national content of French culture. Moreover, under the influence of international events, some of them even become international (e.g., linguoculturema Barbara). The perspective of the study is seen by the author in a dual relation to the content and functioning of linguoculturema: on the one hand, they emphasize the feature of the combination of linguistic and cultural in a particular language, which leads to the preservation of special, national, and on the other – under the influence of globalization, the phenomenon expands its boundaries, taking the character of an international one.
